An invite-only demo night · San Francisco

Pitch your demo to twelve angry devs.

12 Angry Devs is a small, invite-only meetup where founders pitch real demos to a sharp room of builders. You present, the room pushes back, and everyone votes. Honest feedback, no slides, good vodka.

How a night runs

Five steps, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Apply to join

Membership is by application. Tell us what you’re building and why you belong in the room.

  2. 02

    Pitch your demo

Accepted founders present live. No slides — show the real thing, working.

  3. 03

    The room votes

Everyone votes on what they just saw. A simple majority, counted in the open.

  4. 04

    Open discussion

Real questions, real pushback. Everyone in the room asks at least one.

  5. 05

    Settle it

A final vote settles the argument. Lose the room and you take a shot. 🥃

The house rules

One question per pitch

If you’re in the room, you owe every founder a real question. No lurking.

Members only

Admission is by application. The room stays small on purpose, so feedback stays honest.

On the record

Every session is recorded. Notes, questions and results are kept for members.

Why bother

The most useful hour your demo will get.

Real feedback, fast

No polite nods. A room of builders pressure-tests your demo and tells you the truth.

A tiny, sharp room

Twelve people, not two hundred. Everyone’s paying attention — and everyone speaks.

It’s on the record

Walk away with the recording, the questions, and where the room landed.

Think your demo can take the heat?
